Flight and Operational Medicine Clinic 

The FOMC provides primary care health services to air traffic controllers, instructor pilots, student pilots, and other individuals on flying status.

Services available Monday-Thursday, 7:30-8 a.m., and Fridays, 8:30-9 a.m. 

Walk-in Services 

Walk-in services are available Monday-Friday, 9-11 a.m. These services are run by support staff, registered nurses and medical technicians. Wait times may vary. Services include: 

• Cold/COVID-19 treatment 

• Injections (Vitamin B-12, Testosterone) ** 

• Painful urination 

• Pregnancy screening 

• Sore throat 

• STI 

• Wart treatment ** 

• Vaginitis 

** Requires initial provider evaluation 

Self-Initiated Care Kit & Quick Duties Not Including Flying  

Stop by the FOMC during normal hours of operation. Patients can also get pharmacist-recommended, over-the-counter medications for symptoms and/or a DD Form 2992, without a provider visit. 

Base and Operational Medicine Clinic 

The BOMC provides medical clearances for the following programs:  

• Annual Health Assessments 
• Occupational Health Assessments 
• Civilian Pre-employment Physicals 
• Retraining/Special Duty 
• PCS (CONUS/OCONUS) 
• Palace Chase/Front 
• Separation/Retirement Physicals
