The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.
Our military clinic remains open and we’re continuing to provide healthcare services. Scheduled appointments and procedures are proceeding as planned, and new appointments continue to be booked. Health Services

Family Advocacy

We help build healthier families and creates more resilient and responsive communities. The programs center on prevention and outreach, treatment, victim advocacy, and research. The new parent support program is voluntary for expecting parents and families with children under three years old. This program includes home visitation services as needed. Family Advocacy Strength-Based Treatment is another voluntary program for couples and families who desire to change destructive patterns of communication. Outreach services are offered through life skills classes in parenting, relationship enhancement, emotion regulation, and resiliency boosting. Treatment services are offered for individuals, couples, and families who have experienced maltreatment. Victim advocacy is a program that offers victims of intimate partner violence supportive services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
